The Standard Maintenance Contract :

This contract covers :

Evolution in the software, its documentation and corrections for any programming errors.
SAM updates are supplied on CD-ROM for you to install, and the latest versions of the software are available for download from www.sitealpha.com
Telephone support for users who have undergone training.
This service is available during the week, from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 am to 12 pm on Fridays for France, and from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday for Canada (est) .


The Privilege Contract :
In addition to the provisions of the Standard Contract, this contract offers installation follow-up and usage audits.

SITE ALPHA can take care of administering SAM and SuiteFM.
In this case, SITE ALPHA technicians visit regularly in order to:


analyse the databases
follow up and complement each user’s training
check backups
check the hardware and software configuration
update parameters and access codes where necessary.



Follow-up and auditing helps checking how well the CMMS objectives are being achieved, and being attentive to the quality and correct operation of the installed tools.
