SITE ALPHA has trained more than 7000 users to SAM. Through the years, it has developed training programmes that correspond perfectly to various profiles of users.
The training cycle allows the software to be ready to use immediately and effectively, providing a global vision of the fundamentals of the tool and the particular features that will be used in daily maintenance management.

Choosing an appropriate training programme |

From “Introductory”, “Standard” and “Specific” courses to “Advanced” courses, anyone can move from being a beginner to a confirmed administrator.
Ranging from half a day to four days, the various cycles offer:
 |
a comprehensive view of SAM's features, |
|
a detailed knowledge of certain modules, |
|
mastery of specific areas such as :
- intervention management,
- setting up a preventive programme,
- stock and budget control |
|
configuring the SAM database for analyses and activity reports |
|
configuring the SuiteFM server to manage the database, access, preferences, the confidentiality concept, etc. |
SITE ALPHA offers two types of organisation for its training sessions:

Inter-company training: the session is made up of users from different companies, and takes place at SITE ALPHA’s offices. Training takes place according to a set calendar and covers set subjects. It is invoiced by day and by person, and includes lunch. |

Intra-company training: the session is dedicated exclusively to a single company, and up to 6 people can be trained either within the company or at SITE ALPHA’s offices. |
