Making the best use of existing information: The data you already have on your computers is of major importance. SITE ALPHA’s technicians will examine it and structure it to facilitate its import into SAM. SAM is supplied with an Excel spreadsheet containing the structure of the various files to be filled in. The data can then be imported directly into SAM. SITE ALPHA can also take care of collecting, entering and importing the data, providing you with a “ready-to-use” database.

Installation : The product can be installed by the user himself, following a simple, clear procedure. Telephone support is provided free of charge when required. For special set-up, or at the customer’s request, SITE ALPHA can take care of the product installation.
Configuration : This is an essential stage, consisting of setting up the software to suit the type of site and the customer’s organisation. SITE ALPHA’s technicians and the software’s future administrators collaborate closely during this stage.

The guarantee that your software is working correctly: Operational follow-up consists of a regular visit by SITE ALPHA engineers to coach users (complementary training, optimising the use of the product) and monitor the integrity of the IT installation and backup procedures.
