A new module has been added to SuiteFM for supply request management (office supplies and materials, furniture …).
 
This new module (for office supplies, material supplies, furniture…) works the same way as the Service requests module. It provides the same easiness for browsing and for creating the request, and the same follow-up on the request status. This module has a special feature: « Dotation », the amount of authorised expenses allocated to a department. Every department knows exactly its budget and the amount available to make a purchase. The department manager has a better control on budgets, and he also has the ability to analyse consumptions of his department(s).
