A sharper management of service requests

The WORKFLOW is a series of steps and approvals necessary to some service requests prior to being sent to the appropriate department.


All service requests do not require the same treatment. Some may require specific information depending on the operation type: mandatory validations and/or preliminary quotations. With SuiteFM, you can control these elements for a more precise management of requests.
The Workflow is created by request type and you define its role. Every service request follows the path the most appropriate. The steps of this decision path can be of different types: validation or approval from one or more decision makers, forwarding, assignments, quotation request, information request, etc.


At every stage, the requestor is informed about the status of his request.

Of course, requests that do not require any validation steps are directly transferred to the service provider.

 

Integrated quotation management

Carrying out an operation will most of the time require approving several quotations. SuiteFM allows you to easily create and follow-up those quotations. 
Integrated in the Workflow, this feature allows you to create a quotation from a predefined price liste or from free fields. Once created, quotations are transferred via email during the validation process.
