PHONE BOOK


Going beyond a standard directory of people organised by department, company or external supplier, the PHONE BOOK module's advantages include:

A link with the master directories and their automatic updates,
Adding attributes to a person’s record: badge, car park key, restaurant card, mobile phone, laptop… any information that may be useful when staff are transferred from one place to another in anticipation of requirements,
The possibility of adding assistants to personal records,
Links between the PHONE BOOK database and the GUEST RECEPTION module.

DOC ON LINE


DOC ON LINE offers managers, owners and tenants a way of managing building documents by theme on-line:

Site plans,
Electrical diagrams,
Commercial leases,
Inspection certificates,
Maintenance activity reports,


All these technical, commercial or legal documents can be accessed on-line by various users.

DOC ON LINE can be adapted to the organisation of the site: as many themes as required can be created. Confidentiality management makes it possible to associate themes with users, enabling them to view and download only those documents which concern them.

INFORMATION


Using this module, the following kinds of information, depending on the site’s organisation, can be placed on-line for the users:

- any type of information associated with the buildings and life of the site, such as:

Internal news from the buildings
Plans for security light testing
Renovation of the entrance hall during a given period
Renewing the paintwork in the car parks, with suggested alternative solutions
Mail delivery, etc.

contact details for management services: Reception, the Central Security Office, General Services, Technical Services etc.

instructions and documents for download: fire procedures, safety, access plans, internal regulations etc.
The user can also post messages to any department: management, technical services etc.


RESTAURANT


RESTAURANT is not limited to viewing menus! This module offers access to information about services available, events organisation, notice of temporary closure for renovation work etc.
The user can contact the restaurant manager to make :

Request for or cancellation of a restaurant badge
Request for a booking
Request for a service
Suggestion, or to send a message

RESTAURANT can be adapted to the organisation of the site: the manager can automatically import data (menus, information, including photos) or enter it directly, and place a visible alert on the Restaurant index page when there is important news.

SERVICES +


SERVICES+ gives direct access to certain external services :

Car hire,
Business travel,
Catering,
Taxis,
Sports clubs etc.


The manager can modify, add or delete authorised URLs according to choice, existing partnerships and the organisation of the site.
 
 

STATISTICS


STATISTICS gives the attendance of SuiteFM modules and allows following the evolution of its use. This module offers various types of analysis:

Direct: accessible directly in the portal, in chart form,
Immediate: no need of data transfer or intermediate calculations,
Global or per module.
