Managing intervention reports for access by remote technicians.

REPORT enables technicians on distant sites to access the preventive or corrective maintenance operations or work routes they have to carry out from any computer connected to the Internet.
Reports are made directly through the portal, including comments, supplies used and meter readings and measurements.
Interventions can be searched through using multiple criteria.

Like the WEB REPORTING module, REPORT also makes it possible to view remotely the geographical and technical data about the property being managed and an activity summary. It can also produce activity reports.

REPORT can be adapted to the organisation of the site: automatic e-mails can be sent as soon as a report is drafted or a new intervention request is created. Access control facilities can define who is assigned to which team(s) in consultation, report or supervisory mode, and for which site(s).
