An essential maintenance reporting tool available on-line


A manager may have neither the time nor the inclination to enter into the technical details of a CMMS tool such as SAM. On the other hand, he needs to access summary reports about his assets and obtain indicators about maintenance activity and the operations carried out.

WEB REPORTING was designed as a simple way to provide managers with all necessary data about their assets and interventions and a summary of maintenance activity, with no need for training :
- a means of consulting corrective and preventive interventions and daily or 
  historical management activity
- analysis of operations by geographical building, technical field, work team,
  company or service
- listing detailed records of operations
- a summary of the maintenance activity.
 

With this activity summary, managers can :
- either generate a standard activity report directly on-line, covering one
or more sites or a fixed period, including late and unplanned operations
- or download a monthly maintenance activity report, or any other report
offered by the service provider.

WEB REPORTING can be adapted to the organisation of the site: viewing site(s) according to the user’s profile, showing or hiding costs and number of hours of service when consulting interventions, adding or modifying the available activity reports.
