Simple bookings and optimal arrangements for your meetings

Who has never dreamed of a tool as simple as this? Or of the best logistical arrangements for reserving a room for 18 people, laid out for a seminar, including breakfast, lunch, a video projector and high speed internet?

Meeting rooms can be booked directly through SuiteFM portal using either of two modes :

The requestor searches on several criteria (capacity, equipment, layout and services) to select the available room which is most appropriate for the required type of meeting.
The requestor consults the timetable and availability for a given day, month or room.
He can :
- book for a one-off date, for several days, for regular meetings
and/or fixed dates (the first Monday of every month, every two days etc.).
- define the meeting type (sales, training, supplier, board…).
- choose a room from a catalogue according to capacity and layout,
- select services (catering, decoration etc.) from a catalogue
- order equipment from a catalogue(video projector, computers, high speed access, etc.).

After choosing a room, the requestor either selects participants from the directory or external contacts database or enters them.
For each booking request, CONFERENCE ROOM automatically sends e-mails to everyone involved (the requestor, to confirm the request, the participants, to invite them, service providers according to the services requested etc.). SuiteFM also provides a direct link between Conference Room and Guest Reception for an optimal reception of external attendants of a meeting.

CONFERENCE ROOM adapts to fit the way the company operates: direct booking or booking with confirmation, confidentiality of information in terms of the room, service or company.
