A personal, efficient welcome for visitors

Reception is the first vehicle for a site’s brand image. It needs to prioritise the visitor, who must feel welcomed and expected, and to be efficient, so that the visit is handled as well as possible and without delay.

GUEST RECEPTION enables appointments to be planned and simplifies access monitoring.
Users enter data and any further details about their visitors through the SuiteFM portal.
Reception can then preview all visits on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, with any comments about how the visitor should be received. Naturally, records for unannounced visits can be created directly from Reception.

Visitor management can be adapted to the site’s organisation (validation, provision of badges, proof of identity, monitoring exits from the building), enabling Reception personnel to give visitors the best possible guidance while securing access to the building or site.
