Elevator break down, air conditioning not working in the presentation room, dysfunction of meeting room heating… every daily user of a building can now make a request for a repair or a service. The request can be made very simply and directly through the SuiteFM portal. The requestor, thanks to an e-mail notification, can track the advancement of his request and know when the intervention will take place. Requests are sent automatically, either by e-mail or via SMS, to the work team to ensure the greatest responsiveness.
WORK ORDER REQUEST makes it possible to monitor the requests progress (acknowledgement, scheduling, report etc.), and to search for and sort operations by subject, progress, building etc.
Over 4000 people use WORK ORDER REQUEST daily as an e-centre in a wide variety of sites (hospitals, hotels, head offices, property management companies, cultural centres etc.). Call centres too use this module jointly with SAM. |
