1- Sam Standard
For large sites or for groups of buildings, SAM Standard is the recommended version. SAM Standard covers the management of data, meters and measurements, intervention histories, stores and budgets.

2- SAM Compact
Designed for small to medium-sized buildings (up to 15,000 or 20,000 m² depending on the level of detail required), SAM Compact offers all the functionalities of SAM Standard, but is limited to 500 items of equipment, 250 rooms and 1500 components.

3- SAM Expert
Composed of all the functionalities of SAM Standard, SAM Expert also integrates a functionality of forecast and simulation for renewal works, upon an algorithm of equipments and components ageing.
