SuiteFM

When SuiteFM was created in 2003, Site Alpha revolutionized the CMMS approach by offering building users the opportunity to create service requests themselves and follow-up their completion. In addition to optimizing corrective operations management and improve maintenance staff productivity (less time spent taking calls, creating work orders, giving feedbacks on operation treatment…), SuiteFM also increased the positive image of technical departments work by giving it more visibility.
 
Additional features to maintenance management were gradually integrated: online reports creation and their supervision, display of maintenance activity reports…

Later on, Site Alpha has opened the use of SuiteFM to all building users while offering modules for various services available in buildings:

  • Visitors’ access: to properly welcome visitors, create access cards if necessary, with a double objective in mind: better social-interaction and greater security when accessing a building,
  • Conference room bookings: to easily book a conference room and request additional services or material
  • Directory,
  • Restaurant: information from the cafeteria
  • Doc on line: all necessary documents are put at the users’ disposal,
  • Information: all useful information to the day-to-day life in buildings.

In 2009, all functionalities of SuiteFM were integrated to the new full-web software to offer a customizable solution for building technical management and services management.

Once they migrate their current SAM and SuiteFM configuration to SamFM, our customers will get all SuiteFM modules within a single portal, offering improved features and a better ergonomic.
