Founder’s message

Jean-Luc Isnardi

After spending more than 20 years building Site Alpha in France and Canada, i chose to take part in the Planon adventure.
In joining this group leader in real estate software solutions, we will reinforce Site Alpha and SamFM’s positions on our market. Moreover, as part of a group gathering more than 300 people located in 10 different countries, we will strengthen our company’s position on an international level.
At the request of Planon founder and CEO Pierre Guelen, It is with pleasure that I will remain personnally involved in SamFM future developments. Besides, I am convinced that the Group expertise and its development capacity will be assets of our innovation strategy.
Since 1990, we have always set customers’ satisfaction as our main focus and we will continue in the same way in the future. Consequently, I can only be delighted that our technolgy will carry on in an international group, in the best interest of our customers and employees.

Created in 1990 by building engineering specialists, Site Alpha has a 20-year experience in building technical management. Its expertise in the field of building maintenance management and services management is today widely recognized on the market. Its software solutions, CMMS SAM and Facility Management portal SuiteFM, have been standard references for the last 15 years amongst facility, property and maintenance managers.

Site Alpha offers a major innovation in regards to building technical management. Full web software SamFM is the synthesis of SAM (CMMS) and SuiteFM (service portal). It gathers in a single solution all essential functionalities to professional dealing with building maintenance management and services to building occupants.

Site Alpha wants to offer more than CMMS and technical building management, providing users and managers with a new communication platform.

SamFM:

Software solution of maintenance (CMMS) and service management
SamFM is a full web solution gathering all essential functionalities to facility and property managers, technical departments. It offers
maintenance management (corrective and preventive), service request management, additional services like visitors access, conference room booking… SamFM also provides users (occupants and building managers) with a communication platform.

Enterprise Asset management (EAM)
SamFM offers efficient tools to monitor the condition of your portfolio, to get a clear picture of its financial value and to plan renovation works necessary to your asset management on a mid and long term basis. You can therefore define strategies to optimize available budgets.

Service requests
SamFM offers occupants/tenants a web portal to create their own service requests and follow their progress status. The user can follow its request from its acknowledgment by technical departments to its closing time.

Workflow
SamFM integrates a process control system allowing the manager to determine the steps and approvals required before the treatment of specific requests (eg.: mandatory approval, transfers, appointments, prior estimate request…)

Conference room management
SamFM includes a user-friendly room booking module, enabling users to rent additional devices or choose a provision of services.

Visitors’ access
this module adapts to the company organization and gives to reception staff a tool to properly guide visitors, while securing buildings or sites access. An efficient support to welcome visitors.
