SamFM offers an easy access to all technical documents (written or scanned material, plans, pictures, sounds, videos…). This documentation can be linked to the technical and geographical data of your buildings.
Document management is carried out through different levels, from the most simple to the most sophisticated one, with:
- A multimedia library, to store in all your documents,
- The Doc on Line module which provides you with an online thematic document management and enables you to download documents: sites plans, electrical diagrams, technical control reports, commercial lease, as well as all technical, commercial, legal elements,
- The VisioDoc tool that offers an online view of all kind of building plans but it also enables, in a few clicks, to print them partly, wholly or on a reduce scale,
