Created in 1990 by building engineering specialists, Site Alpha has a 20-years experience in building technical management.
Its expertise in the field of building maintenance management and services management is today widely recognized on the market. Its software solutions have been standard references for the last 15 years amongst facility, property and maintenance managers.
A strong dedication to customers
Site Alpha has always set customer satisfaction as its main focus: a constant involvement to lead every project to its success as well as to meet customers’ expectations regarding software enhancements and evolutions.
This involvement led the company to earn its customers’ trust and to develop successful relationships on a long term basis.
Precursor in building maintenance
Close relationships with its customers and good understanding of professional issues led Site Alpha ahead to anticipate needs and to constantly adapt its solution to building management stakes. Site Alpha has often been a pioneer in its field:
- First editor to design a CMMS dedicated to building management,
- Mobile solution as of 1999 with a module for Palm Pilot (CR Palm), antecedent to the current SamFM Mobility (CRPocket for Pocket PCs),
- From 2003, a hosted solution (ASP) was also offered for SAM and SuiteFM,
- Since 2006, a Sustainable Development module was designed to support property managers’ green initiatives.
R & D represent a major part of Site Alpha activities. A third of employees is dedicated to it, and 24% of our turnover is reinvested.
Its objectives are to:
- Constantly enhance the quality and processing power of software solutions,
- Elaborate new features, with the same emphasis on simplicity and user-friendliness,
- Innovate by developing new products while foreseeing emerging technologies.
