History

In 1994, as a response to its customers’ demand, Site Alpha, which was at that time a technical research office, turned towards software development: the company designed a genuine CMMS tool specifically dedicated to buildings maintenance management.

Later on, Site Alpha anticipated the great potential of the Facility Management market and launched SuiteFM, a service portal dedicated to buildings' users. Site Alpha thus extended its software range in order to answer every need, from technical maintenance management to service management.

In 2009, SamFM succeeded to SAM and SuiteFM. This full web solution combines all SAM and SuiteFM functionalities and integrates more than 400 improvements requested by Site Alpha‘s customers.

SamFM: a 20-year experience merged into a single product.
